Waterproofing solution

Hi all, okay so I was at the PhotoExpo plus trade show at Jacob Javitz this past weekend. One of the Speakers there was Tyler Stableford, a renowned adventure photog...anyway he mentioned that he used a military grade bag as waterproofing for his gear when doing shoots (not fully submerged, only partial)....I didn't get the name of this bag (thought I did, DV8 or something)...I'm trying to figure out what type of bag this would be. From his description it worked well, and there was a transparent opening for the lens...sorry wish I payed more attention. But does anyone know of such a bag and maybe a name model number? I'd really like to get my hands on 'em.
