If the bride and the groom like it, then it worked.

For my taste, I don't care for the flare rings. But I don't like any kind of flare. The highlights are blown out in the bride's hand and ring. It also looks like you have movement blur in her hand. Had the shakes, did she? This is the kind of shot where an arm support would help.

Lose the fake flare rings, rework on bride's arm and hand. Groom's hand, on the other hand (no pun intended) is an improvement from the original.

Perhaps if there was a section of the dress that could have been put on something where they could be resting their hands (show detail of the dress, let them rest [stabilize] their hands), and then make sure her ring is not pointing away from things, it may have worked better?
