Train in the Rain

The railroad is doing some track maintenance close to where I live. I just noticed last night while I was working and thought, "look at all the pretty lights!"

I went back to photograph the equipment after work this morning and thought the drizzling rain ruined my shots.

This is a crop. There is a ton wrong with it, most especially all of the noise. I shot it at ISO 1600, and probably should've used 400 or maybe 800.

A little PP besides the crop, but not much. NR, Sharpness, and maybe a little color saturation, or not. I"m tired and can't recall...

The LORAM folks. The mist made for a bit of an artsy shot...the second shot is great!

For those interested, this looks like a LORAM rail grinder. Essentially these grind down the surfaces of the train rail. It makes the rail smoother.
