Have any of you ever took your own images of your home when you put it on the market? My realtor said not to bother at first, (because we were busy moving 1/3 of the stuff out of it to stage it). But now that I have a little time to do it, I took images of the room on a tripod and took several of each room so I could create pano's in photoshop.
When I'm done, I'll post them.
Have any of you ever done this, and do you think it helped get offers?
