Awesome idea for a thread! I grew up in Chicago. Here are some photos from a visit last summer.

1.) Taken from the Sears Tower, when it was still called the Sears Tower.

Thanks,
my wife had gotten me a flight out of the Griffith Airport (NW Indiana) for my birthday in a little Cessna. Flew up along the coast, along LSD, around the city and back. Even had time to get some shots of my house from the air on the way back. It was a good day.
