I see lights in the background of image #1, but any effect of the lights is obliterated by the flash....
Try high ISO and no (or at least less) flash next time.

On the posed shot, you chopped of a few feet. Mind your framing ;)

As Rene points out, these are pretty much overpowered by the flash. If you want comments I would suggest you read the FAQ (link in my signature) ... the most important suggestion if you want comments is to give comments ... we're not here just so you can sit back and get commentary and with only 19 total posts you couldn't have commented very much.

I've never used flash at a show...

Did you shoot in RAW? Maybe you can still adjust the exposure...
