Man I'm still scared of clowns! The shots are of people who are not acting like clowns. When they don't smile or have positive vibes, the makeup makes things more sad. As for techno talk on the shots, they are dark and the front on flash flattens them out. Also the tight crop is a bit uncomfortable. Sorry not a fan.

Just using an XSi with kit lense and internal flash. I pulled the shots close in for greater detail. I guess it was the brilliant colors that attracted me to these two images.

Both pictures are a little too "up close", and they do not have happy faces.

I agree with the comment that since Stephen King, clowns no longer have good vibes.
