They are an 80's Rock group and asked me to take some shots for Promos. They chose this one, we slapped their logo on the pool table, and the pics are spread all over town :-) Let me know what you think please :-)

Hi Keith,
I'd like to see the shot with the logo on it. Good composition and framing. The exposure is pretty good. You could take some shine off of the lead singers face.

Thanks easypz, I did not do the add, the band just wanted the photo, but I will grab it and post it. I appreciate the compliments and criticism as it is something new for me, and they needed something :-) I showed them the first shot, and they wanted no changes lol. But, I will be using it to work on my adjusting. I might also post some other shots that we took, most locations etc, were the choice of the band, but this setup was my call :-)

Lighting isn't too good. Off camera or bounced flash would have helped immensely.

Ton of reading there.
Also, WB and framing could be improved in post processing.
Then again, if the customer is happy... :)

What's wrong with the framing? I guess the light fixture at the top of the image could be cropped out.

Quite a bit of distracting stuff. Removing it before pressing the shutter would have been the easiest, but as it is, I'd probably crop and straighten a bit:

Thanks for the critique guys. I am working on my lighting, not my usual type of shoot. I agree about the light fixture on the top, but the customer themselves liked it there. This is what their end result looked like. ...

I do have a lot of learning, and appreciate the link, and the feedback.
And not to throw excuses, but they wanted to do it an hour before their show, at the bar, as such, it was interesting getting shots without others involved lol.
