I managed to misplace my original software CD that came with my 10D last year. I'm trying to get up and running on a new computer but cannot install the software without the original CD. Updates for the various applications are available for download from Canon but I cannot use those because they only update existing - no base install.
Although I registered by camera with Canon as soon as I bought it, I've been told my tech support and sales that I need to purchase an additional CD for $20 plus S&H.
Anyone out there have an older CD they are no longer using that can help me?
