After reading several posts about album vendors and quality. I read a lot of posts that mention that Queensberry and GraphiStudio are "in a league" of their own and some books like Asuka and KISS don't come close. The only one mentioned as being up there has been Leather Craftmen.
Based on your experience, are there any other US vendors that are in the same league regarding price and quality as the two vendors mentioned above?
Thanks.

No idea about Queensberry and GraphiStudio, although looking at the Queensberry website they do look awesome.
Have you had a look at Tuscany from black river imaging? I have several printed from them and the quality was very good and the price for a 10x10 with premium leather was $250.

sf1, thanks for the input about Black River Imaging. I did notice that list you mentioned in your link but I was wondering if anybody had input or reviews about those album vendors that were mentioned there.

I use GraphiStudio for my wedding albums, and let me say, they are AMAZING. On top of that, they are cheaper than KISS wedding books. It doesn't take much to get the hang of GraphiStudio, so I highly, highly recommend it.
I've tried my hand at Queensberry for a little bit but figured there's just too many options to choose from. The order process was kinda confusing and I couldn't find a decent price, so I dropped it. I don't question their quality, however.
Good luck with your decision!

Alex, thanks for your input. I think I am going to stick with GraphiStudio for higher end albums and look for some lower end ones in the states.

Queensberry are located in New Zealand, but they have reps in the major countries and ship albums anywhere. AFAIK Graphi does books, Queensberry does albums. Also since Graphi will let any man or their dog order you're one of the pack.

I just heard from Queensberry. I got their price list and steps on how to join them by buying their starter kit. The price list is a little daunting but I think I'll be able to make sense of it all :)

Ask Queensberry for their pricing calculator spreadsheet, it's much easier to use than their price list.

Queensberry's latest price list is a lot less confusing than their old one :)
There's 3 main components.. the cover, the pages and the printing - each with a price depending on size etc.

I stopped using their price list a long time ago, even now it's too big and confusing.

Thanks for the tip on the pricing calculator. I will ask them about that.
Its funny how I started this thread asking about OTHER vendors besides GraphiStudio and Queensberry and just got a few comments on that and we headed back to Queensberry. :)
