Have a look through this thread...Show us your office (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=586672)...has my office setup in there, as well as many, many others. Seems similar to what you're asking, unless you want us to actually open our computers and show you the guts.

Please avoid using "edit" or "editing" with digital photos because it gives the perceived notion that photographers change the photo and what they present as a photo did not exist in reality.

Use "develop" instead which much more reflects what photographers do. Lightroom calls their module "develop". Digital photos need to be developed just as film photos do. Think of JPGs like slide film and RAW files as negatives. ;)

At least he's got a good show on in the image. Although he could have shot at a different time, the image of Ferret-face on the t.v. just reminds me of how much I hate that character.
