i'm trying to create a thread looking to buy a 40D but don't have access. what are the constraints pertaining to when i can post there?

30 days / 30 posts prior to starting a new topic in the market place

Go over to the photo sections and comment on some images you like/don't like (why is a good addition) and you'll have no problem reaching the minimum needed
