I took these in North Dakota last weekend. The first I've been told is a Spoonbilled Mallard, but I don't know what the second is. Any ideas?

The first one is a Drake Northern Shoveler and the second is a Drake Pintail. The shoveler is ofter referred to as a "Hollywood Mallard" or spoony.
Both ducks have nice color, looks like you were pretty far away?

I was probably 100 yds away. I used a 70-200 f/4L @ 200 w 1.4 TC. Just made me realize I need a longer lens!
