Take a few minutes to straighten the images - IMHO that will make the biggest improvement, maybe while your straightening the images you can crop a few. ;)

Pretty good for a 75-300. The post-processing colors look a little rough. If you're going to amputate feet, you might as well crop tight.

Ryan,
You seem to have some good timing for the action. You are and will be limited with that lens exspecially indoors. As has been mentioned your PP work seems a bit overdonea cutting of limbs has been addressed. Try shooting more in verticle. Also straighten out your horizons.
