Nice, sharp photo! As a former dairyman, I enjoy a good cow picture more than most, but I agree it's hard to find much expression in their faces.

Point of information: A "cow" is a female who has had a calf. Calling all cattle "cows" is like calling all people "mothers."
The babies are calves, young females are heifers, and the males are either bulls or steers, depending on whether they have had their life's mission surgically altered.
