I am having problems producing black and white prints on the PIXMA 8500. I recently upgraded from the i960 and use all the same settings with the same paper. The i960 produced excellent BW prints, and I am unable to manage one decent BW on the 8500. This is a very broad based question, but I'm certain that a simple fix is required. Can anyone help?
