View Full Version : Help on discoloration from cold wind

Not sure this belongs here but seeing the shot I chose to illustrate my point, maybe it does.

You can clearly see Ash's hands are freezing during our shoot. Does anyone have some advice to change the colour? I've been doing hue/saturation layer and selecting the red/magenta and changing the hue and saturation to suit and adjusting by mask and layer opacity. Any quicker / better ideas??

curves layer. take a sample of the belly and then one of the hands. Make note of he RGB values of the belly and then use a curves layer to get the hands sample point to match. invert the layer mask, and then paint in the hands and adjust the luminocity.

Thanks man, that worked so frikin good. I'm definitely thankful for that. Saved my HOURS of frustration!

I am interested in seeing what problem this was a solution for. Shame I cant see the picture.
