Were do you advertise your services ?

I'd like to know where you advertise your services as wedding photographer, I want more places to let people know about my video services

so far word of mouth and facebook (all through friends)...

Same as Svetlana for me... plus I belong to a local wedding association and get quite a bit of work through that. Plus, I advertise on ANY free websites...weddingwire.com, wedding lenox, project wedding, bride.com, decidio.com..... even if it's a basic listing, it can still come up in a Google search.
Decidio.com is cool b/c you can have a free profile on there, and they send you leads that you can choose to pay for or not. You're only talking like $2 per lead. I've used it a couple times, and even booked a wedding from it, so it's legit.

Google Organic Search - Optimize your website/blog to get traffic from relevant searches.

Google Adwords - Paid adverts on the search index or adverts on their partner sites.

Facebook - Add your past clients as friends and add some of your content, set up a fan page.

Bridal Fayres - Do local or national bridal fayres.

Form links with venues or other suppliers - We have an album placed with a local venue and they keep some of our trifolds to hand out to potential clients and we intend to set up more of these.

Spread your content to other sites on the web like youtube, vimeo etc.

Give some of your business cards out to friends and family to pass on to people they know are getting married, weve booked a few weddings this way.

Brand your finished products and clothing with your business name and contact details.
