This was taken last year in Alaska. The moose was in a facility that cares for injured animals.

I like the textures in the grass and the moose's coat, they complement each other but both also provide a great colour contrast.

Thanks for the feedback. I waited forever (it seemed) for him to get up and pose properly. Finally gave up and took what he would give.

We do have a lot of moose in Sweden but I rarely see them. I live close to the wood though, so occasionally I manage to catch a glimpse of deer or moose eating mom's flowers! :) Mainly deers though.
