Capturing Motion

Hey I need some opinions here. Does this capture convey motion or come off as a blurry shot?

Conveys motion (a bit too much or too little though IMO): The stage is sharp.

It is better when just extremities are blurry rather than the whole person.

Because I don't feel like starting a new thread. Here is one of my shots. Personally I find the people in the background a little distracting. But under the circumstances I couldn't really do much about it
