I'm willing to spend around 75-100 for a bag and need it to have easy access and be able to handle my t1i with 55-250 and another small lens.
Any suggestions?? most of them seem to be pretty standard black, blue or grey.
I would like something with a cute design, or with a little color. thanks!

It really comes down to how you are going to use the bag.
Are you going to be carrying it everywhere you go, around town, on walk abouts? Or are you going to be hiking in the great outdoors and need your hands free? Are you looking for a shoulder bag or a sling bag or a back pack?
For an all around bag that would fit your current kit, the Tamrac Velocity sling bags are well made, and have a modern look to them. They can be worn as a sling pack, or extended and carried on the hip like a shoulder bag. There are some nice looking smaller velocity bags that might fit your needs, but they only come in blue and black with silver highlights. The Velocity 7x might be a good choice. I have the 9x, and it is a very large bag, but it is well made and works wonderfully when I don't want a full shoulder bag weighing me down, and know I wont have the room to take off a back pack to dig for gear.
The National Geographic bags are also very nice shoulder bags, and stylish as well. They make several different sizes as well as a small back pack.
And then there are the Crumplers. Lots of colors to choose from and they are wonderful stylish bags that dont really look like camera bags though now everyone knows that they are...
The bag review sticky in this forum is a pretty good source but it can get expensive. There are just too many great bags and like Lays Potato chips, you can't have just one!

The Jill-e bags are very stylish. My wife calls them "girly", if that's what you're looking for. :D
Here's one of their small bags in yellow, but they come in other colors too.

My favorite camera bag of all time is the Tamrac Expedition 3. It is lightweight and compact, but can hold my Canon Ti1 with the Sigma 18-50 on it, the Canon 70-300 on the one side, and a full lense wallet with 8 sections. There is also two inside zipper pouches and one mesh pouch on the outside. Mine is school bus yellow. I don't know if Tamrac still makes them, but I bet you could find one on eBay.

The Crumplers are excellent and come in some great colors. They are tough as heck, I treat mine pretty rough and it does fine.
