I like the second shot over the other two simply because the lighting in #2 is more exciting.
It's a much brighter scene with very few dark shadow, anywhere.

Looking at the histograms of each tells the same story - the 1st and last images have very concentrated peaks of pixel counts in the darker tones, whereas the second image has a much broader range of values.

All three shots needs something else in the picture to give a more obvious message or mood.

Is the first shot a portion of a multi-shot panorama? Why am I seeing parallax towards the bottom right edge of the shot?

Robert is right, it needs something. As they stand, they might make nice backdrop for evening news weather report.

The quality of water in the second shot, in particular the bottom half, is quite beautiful.

The first one is a HDR. I figured it would be noticed but didn't like the look if I cropped it out. I figured I would go back and try again on a calmer day.

Thanks for your thoughts.

First one is pretty good. I like the train tracks one, but wish there was some other color or more interest in the middleground.

I was thinking about that as well and I think if I were to get a shot with a train just coming out of the shadow and around the bend might be what it needs.

That could definitely do it. Or you may try to return there when there is more color in spring or if there is fall color or something - it looks like leaves have changed and died by now, and there is a lot of brown.

first 2 look like a nice day. I like landscape images with a subject anchor. I feel #1#2 lack subject. # 3 leads my eye into it. It's my favorite.
