Making Duotone Prints with Photoshop Elements 3

I would like to be able to make duotone prints like I have seen done.What I have seen is in Photoshop CS and very much liked it.Could anybody tell me if Photoshop Elements 3 has somewhere to do the same or is there a good plugin out there that you have some knowledge of.I cannot seem to find the same thing in elements and have seen one plugin that looked like a very cheap version.I can't afford Photoshop CS but really want to make the same type duotone.Thanks

Try asking this question at the adobe elements forum. They have people who live, sleep and breathe elements, and they know just about any trick, fix, and plugin that exists for elements.
