Help Win7 environmental Variables

Could some PLEASE post the correct/default setting for Windows 7 TEMP and TMP environmental variables? Both the user variables and System PLEASE

Screeshots or text would be fine.

I am really frustrated so any help would be GREAT!

Many of the environment variables will vary depending on your system.

System (both TEMP & tmp) : %SystemRoot%\TEMP
