hello,
does anybody know is there any chance to trigger my three Bowens 500pro heads with canon st-e2? if yes,can anyone to share with me how to do it step-by-step,please? i bought my first lighting kit for home studio few days ago and i am new on it. thanks

Don't know if you can do that. If you can put it in manual give that a go, it might work with the optical slave, might not. Alternately put the 580EX on the camera, flash in M 1/64th power, the strobes will pick it up via optical slaves.
Radio triggers are a better solution overall, more reliable, though optical's fine in the studio.

i can`t get my 580exII working with Bowens. probably i do something wrong. i set my flashgun to M, 1/64, but it does`t trigger my studio lights. hmmm.... do i have to do some more settings? does my flashgun have to be on "master"?

Flash must not be on master, and you might need more than 1/64 depending on your setup. Please post your solution!
