My Tamron 28-75mm came with a $30 rebate offer. It asks for the barcode thing cut out, warranty card filled, and a dated reciept. If I ordered from B&H online what can I use as my "dated reciept?"
Also, do you think by filling out the warranty sheet it will affect the cost of the lense if I want to sell it later on?

B&H will send a receipt with the item. That is all you need.

The cusotmer copy of the invoice that will be in the packing box when it arrives.

If you sell the lens in under a year, possibly. After the year is up the warrantee is useless, filled out or otherwise.

Well, Tamron has a warranty on their lenses for 6 years if I'm not mistaken. :o
And thanks for your answers.

6 huh, that generous. Be nice if the other manufacturers followed in their footsteps.
