New 350D Owner

Hi all, first hello to all, I'm new to DSLRs, and I have been reading this forum and learning so much, thanks!!

I'm very happy with my 350D and my 17-85 and 50 1/8, but I would like a wide zoom lens for street photography and landscapes. I,m thinking about the 10-22 or 16-? L lens. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations. I've heard great things about the 10-22mm, Check out the market place section to find some good deals.

The 16-35 won't give you much over your current 17-85, except the extra stop or so. If the 17-85 isn't wide enough, then the 10-22 is your only Canon choice (aside from the 14 mm UWA).
