Is there someone at the store?

POTN shop, I wanted to talk with someone at the POTN store, I tried Live Help and it said to send a e-mail,that was 2 weeks ago, I did send a e-mail. Then I posted a New Thread here 6 days ago with no return thread yet.
If anyone knows this person, please find out if the owner is well or is not selling anything any more. If you are still selling, please reply.
