try lowering your shutter speed to 1/200 or lower.

That will add the effect of the car actually moving correct?

well, it would make the background more "blurry" and show the wheels in motion but you have to keep panning the car while pushing the shutter and NOT stop panning until the shutter is done.

I would put the stock wheels back on the RS too instead of the heavier and narrower WRX ones.

Yeah, it has a svx swap.. 300 hp with 5 speed manual. I even helped with the work on that beast.

I would put the stock wheels back on the RS too instead of the heavier and narrower WRX ones.
Or jsut keep those for the street (like I keep on mine) and get some real autocross wheels/tires:

I have thought about doing the SVX swap, but with an "L" and not my RS.
