Has anyone been on one of the photo caravans at the San Diego Wild Animal Park? They offer three tours: Asia, Africa, and a Deluxe that covers both... Now that the weather has cooled down a bit, I was thinking of heading down to San Diego for one of these...
If there's someone who has been, is there a better tour (Asia? Africa?)... and would a (rental, for me) 100-400L suffice? (otherwise the longest lens I have is a Tamron 18-270 which is not exactly mind-shattering in quality)
