You need to go back to Photo Stitch and check the seams of the stitch - Photostitch isn't the best of programs as it doesnt give much control. Try Pano Tools Assembler http://www.tawbaware.com/ptasmblr.htm its a better program but takes a little time getting used to using it.

I had the same trouble with canon photo stitch, Photoshop photomerge works well

There's gotta be another way to do this than what I did (some sort of transformation, but I can't find it.)

I applied a FILTER->DISTORT->WAVE, and made the sine wave a big one (the length of the photo). It's pretty crude, but may be an improvement.

[EDIT] I just saw that Photoshop CS2 has a warp command (Image Warp) that looks like the ticket. I'll try it later today.

I don't know if the Elements version of Photoshop has it, but in regular Photoshop, you can use the distort or skew feature to fix it.

Okay. I just installed PS-CS2 and tried out the Warp tool. This is a really cool thing. Here's my first go using it on the banana boat:

I think both of those "fixed" shots look pretty cool.......

Here's what the warp tool looks like in use:

Only needed PS to correct the curves and levels of the individual shots - then stitched them again in Pano Tools Assembler.

Talk about before and after. A bet a little messing around in "curves" will allow the image to really POP. Oh and don't get rid of those cloads it's the best part of the picture if you ask me.
