I can't access menu in creative zone, i.e when i press the menu button nothing happens, in automatic mode ( green rectangle) when i go to shooting menu it only shows quality ( raw is missing ) red eye and beep, how can i access the others ie aeb, wb-bkt parameters,
in set up 2 menu i only have language video system communication and firmware on display. I want to use clear all camera settings to reset to the dafault but it is missing. Can someone help me please

I think you may be reversing Creative" and "Basic" modes. "Basic" modes are the pictograms on the dial, and will give you severely restricted menus. In any of the "Basic" modes (P, Tv, Av, M, A-DEP), you should get full control of everything (white balance, AF-mode, ISO setting, image quality including RAW, bracketing, etc.),
