I like the series, great story telling.
Nice job!

the pose is a little weird in #2, maybe have their heads be level, and a kiss wouldn't hurt, or even just touching each other's faces. Other than that, really nice pictures. I like the PP on #7.

Thanks everyone! Ichiban, I can see what you mean with #2, I have other shots from that set up, I'll link one of them tonight. I tried not to pick too many kissing shots to post..lol, I think normally 70% of my e-session shots are kissing, I was trying not to overwhelm you guys. :) I appreciate your feedback!

#6 is my fave and I really like #7 except that one leaf that appears to be in her hair is distracting to me but that's just my little ole opinion. Very nice photos!

hey thanks! :) funny you mention the leaf, there was another one right where her ear is and omg it looked so funny so I cloned it out, but I never thought about the one on her shoulder. Will have to take care of that. :)

Julie, thanks so much, girl! :)
You sure you can't come for the Chris Becker workshop?? It's in a week and a half.

You're so welcome, luv!
Aw, I wish I could! Sounds like it would be so much fun. Even if I could afford a ticket up there, I have 3 shoots and 2 weddings scheduled for the next 2 weeks. You'll have to let me know how it goes! :D

Really a nice job on them all. There's not one I wouldn't be happy with and I'm sure your clients are too. I have a bridge I use, but never seem to get the spontaneity you get in no. 1. That and 7 and 8 are my favorites. I like 5, but maybe with contrast bumped up a little.

Tom, thanks so much for your c&c, that's exactly what I was looking for! I'll play a bit with #5 to see about the contrast (i honestly think photobucket takes away the quality of posted photos thou :( ) I think my relationship with the clients is most of the time better than my photos lol...:)

Very nice pictures, Svetlana!
My favourite is 6. The exposure is good, the pose is good, and the colours are nice.
2 and 7 look like the skin tones are too cold, especially on 2.
I like 3 quite a bit too. Where in town was this?

Hi Lloyd! Thanks so much for your feedback! I'll tweak the temp in the 2 photos you mentioned.
We mostly took photos in Prince Island park in downtown and also you know those rock ruins on 12 Ave and 6 Street SE? That's where we were. :) I constantly get asked to go there...lol..Are you coming to Calgary anytime soon?? :):) Do you know about Chris Becker's workshop next week?

Hey Svetlana. Yeah, I know about the workshop. I don't think I'll attend but have considered it. I still might change my mind as I'll have to come down to Calgary next week anyways.

Nice set! the second picture on the right for picture #1 isn't as powerful as the one on the left, so it kind of averages out the picture if you know what i mean.
I like # 7, however there is too much color going on in the background. I would love to see selective coloring in that picture to bring out the couple and just the big strident yellow poles. That would make the picture very powerful.

Thanks so much for your feedback c2thew! In #1 I have the photos separate, just put them together here for easier viewing. I'm not a fan of selective coloring really, I'd rather convert this photo to b/w to draw attention to the couple. :)

Number 2 need some sort of WB adjustment or Warming Filter applied to it. At least to their skin.
In number 3... haha... i don't know why this popped out at me but that little rock looks to me like some sort of gorilla face. Like a gorilla is rising out of the water.

haha lol..:):) I've been staring at #3 for the past 5 minutes and can't see a gorilla faced rock...too funny.
