Problem with creating droplets to output smaller size jpegs

Hi -

I am currently trying to create a PS:CS2 droplet that will automatically take TIFFS that i have and output to a smaller web version.

So I create the action of resizing the TIFF and then save to Web.

When I create this droplet and try it out, what i find out is that my TIFFS are then automatically resized as well and saved with the lower size :(

Any suggestions to what I am doing wrong?
