Canon 10d - medium format

Can you change settings on the 10d that shoots in a medium format size rather than a typical 35mm. I would rather have my pics in a medium format size. If I sound confused....I am. LOL

Assuming you mean aspect ratio (10D shoots 3:2 - same as 35mm) then the answer is no, you cannot change it to shoot at a different ratio. That can only be accomplished in post processing (cropping, to be specific).
