Hi

Can anyone tell me how you can crop several photos to the same size in Photoshop (CS)?

I have a series of shots I want to crop the busy top and bottom of, to make them all square for a montage. But I can't find a way of doing it. I know it's probably something basic, but I'm stumped.

There's a few ways, but if you know the size of the crop, you can always set the amount of pixels and resolution in the option field for the crop tool, so you just pull your crop tool around the area you want and it'll give you the same size everywhere. You can also use the "Image in front" or whatever it's called in english (I have a Swedish version of Photoshop CS), the button next to the "clear" button in the option field for the crop tool.

Hi

Many thanks for that! Fantastic - I think I've got it sorted. Yes, the term for the button you mention, in English, is 'Front Image'.

Many thanks indeed :D
