I'm hoping someone out there can recommend an excellent workshop(s) of a week or less in length in the realm of digital photography or videography. I have a Rebel and an XL-1 and would like to refine my skills with both. On the photography side, I'd like to learn more about lighting, exposure settings and portraiture. As far as video goes, I need help primarily in the areas of lighting and audio. I'm in Canada, but would be willing to travel to the U.S. for the right sessions.

Also: Are there any good information sources on the Web in the above areas that people out there could recommend? Thanks and thanks....

A few I found with a few google searches (but then I kind of knew what to look for)

Recommend you try following google search
Photography workshop, (insert location here), digital

And just check out the various results. I do this about once a quarter to look for ones coming through my area. You will find a lot in California and New York. Depending on where you are in Canada, there are several that are apparently conducted in Toronto.

Just my results, hope it helps.
