I think it would take a mod to move it. But I wouldn't worry about it.

I get hay haulers, tail lights without cars, train tracks without trains, plowing competitions, rowboats, prison barges, Ferris Wheels, dredgers & squirrels on water skies too, so I'm used to it. We can leave it here if you want to.
