#1. love it.
#2. bad lighting situation, but lovely subject - take more!
#3. see!
#4. another lovely subject - I'd crop out some of the negative space and get her eye into the rule of thirds location.

I hate to be so harsh, but if you really want more comments... I simply don't like any of them.
1. It's a chain on a fence... and? Also, you seem to have missed the chain as the focus point, as the wood in front of it is more in focus.
2. Really bad lighting. It's horribly unflattering. She looks like she has a really blotchy sunburn. And your white balance could stand to be a little warmer.
3. ? A third of a face and the eye is less in focus than the cheek, and a completely uninteresting background that's more distracting than anything? I'm not sure what you were going for here.
4. Again, you missed focus. The brim of the hat closest to the camera is most in focus, and the face is soft. And again your white balance is a little too cool, along with another pretty distracting background (what is that thing floating in front of the brim of the hat?).
Again, I don't mean to be harsh, but if you really want feedback, there's my opinion.

#1 To me a good picture can be of just about anything. Just depends.
#2 It was just a random shot. It wasn't set up. I Just shot the moment.
As far as #3 I was just shooting from the hip. Just thought it was a decent shot. Wasn't suppose to be a portrait by no means
#4 As far as the thing floating, I believe it was a fly.

I miss something in your pictures... the same thing I mostly miss in my photography and admire in others. That is the matter of perspective and the power of story telling. I do believe that anything can be an interesting object to take picture of ... but it is up to the phtographer if it is managed or not. Keep it up! ;)
