Changing the location description under the Exhibition Title

I have an exhibition titled 'Trips 1998 - Present', under that it says Photos from Afghanistan, Canada

I cannot find any area where I can modify that (other than using phpMyAdmin and trying to find it that way).

Could someone just point me in the right direction. Would be greatly appreciated.
