What are some good places that you actually get prints made? Speaking of prints, with a 20D, what's the largest I can blow up a picture and be safe?

This is an international forum at least give us a country:confused:

Ditto to stop wife from nagging me, "when are you going to print those picture of our baby???"

Snapfish is not bad too @0.12 a print.

But good thing about winkflash is they accept TIFF files.

My local WalMart does an excellent job, BUT pics ordered online through their site go through Fuji and have been very bad. The same file printed twice on the same day (within 15 minutes actually) came out both over- & under-exposed.

Great quality, great service, great price. I've had 20x30 prints done with my 20D.

Frank, are Fuji printers bad? I thought they are the best, especially Fuji Frontier.

Thanks I really liked this website. What about though if I want to upload pics to my computer and then photoshop them? Can I then just email them or something to that website?

Thanks!!

Texassand you can photoshop to your hearts content and upload the pictures to mpix.

Frank, are Fuji printers bad? I thought they are the best, especially Fuji Frontier. It's not the printer as the same one in the store printed both files, as well as the ones I took into the store. The problem was between uploading the prints to WallMart's site which connects to Fuji which sends the files to my WallMart satellite store. Somewhere in the process Fuji got it wrong twice.

Anyone that uses MPIX, can they print anything on the back for copyrighting purposes? If not, what do you all do to protect your pictures?

Thanks for all the great help

Hi,
I'm in Texas, too. I use arklatex color labs- they are right up the street from me. there website is www.altcolorlab.com You can upload to them, but I just drop off a cd.

I have used walmart when I am in a rush. I prefer cvs, though. The ladies there know me and do a good job on quick prints for me. It is just so much cheaper to go through the lab. However, when I need prints in a hurry, I do go to CVS.

good luck
