Lighting setup question

My son turns 6 months tomorrow and I am going to try to take some decent pics. The pics will be indoor and in the evening since I work during the day. No sunlight will be available. I have 2 Vivitar 285HV and wireless remote triggers. What would be a good setup?

try the small flash and lighting sectiong and see if the lords of light can help

Depends what you are trying to capture. For capturing my 11 month old daughter at play I fire a flash straight up in the corner of the room which while basic gives a good look. At around that age I did some portrait type shots with a single flash through a shoot through brolly up-left and a reflector right.
