I thought that these shots were relatively well composed - maybe a little too much black on the top in the first. http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif I think the second may be a forced pose, trying to direct your eyes away from the camera is hard!http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_redface.gif

first one has too many random distractions in the background. what is that a laundry detergent bottle back there? and yeah, she's centered and too small in the frame. portrait orientation might have been better. there are only certain special situations when the Andy Warhol look works. you have to be careful not to lose too much detail in the nose and eyes, which i think has happened here. fixing up little stuff like that will make it look more stylized and less like an automated filter did all the work.
