s90 or sx20is

I wanted t give my daughter one of my camera's,I have a sd870 and a powershot is 5.Ill be replacing it with an s90 or a sx20,I having a problem on which one for the replacement. Any thoughts.

Go for the s90. Its a beautiful camera, pocket size, and its widest aperture is f2.0. Its going to take the best low light pictures of any point and shoot right now.

I'd say S90 because it's going to be much more of an upgrade for you. But if your daughter would rather have a LARGE camera with a HUGE zoom, get the SX20.

Why not let your daughter pick which she would rather have and then the decision is made for you. I am guessing she will have a preference one way or the other since one is very portable and the other a bit more powerful.

good call! set the front ring to ISO, especially is you like to shoot in manual mode.
