I already posted this in the landscape forum but sine I leave early in the AM I am hopeful to get some insight.

Well tomorrow I am going up to Rocky Mountain National Park here in Colorado. It is supposed to snow all day. I think that might add interest to the photos, but are there any tips and techniques to shooting in the snow? I have my 17-40 and 24-105 with me. I also have a CPL and a ND filter (the GND are at home). Anything I would benefit from knowing before I go up there?

Thanks

Use your EC accordingly since camera's tend to turn snow gray, and dress warm!

This is hardly "early morning", so I'm probably too late.

If your scene is mostly snow, set your EC to +1 so you get white snow, not gray...
