When running setup.php from my browser, I get the message " SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE UNTIL YOU SEE A CONFIRMATION BOX" but I cannot scroll down ?
Has anyone experienced this before ? I'm trying to run this on IIS 6.0 , PHP is installed and my SQL is also installed.
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks
Dale

Hi Pekka
I have re installed EE 1.5 RC 4 using the method you described http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29266 (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=29266) "Clean install of EE 1.5 RC 4" and I am still not getting any luck when running the full_15rc4.php from my browser. I just get a blank page ?
Just to give you some background info:
OS: Windows 2003 Server
Web Server: IIS 6.0
My SQL: ver 5.0.6-beta-nt via TCP/IP (with Database already set up)
PHP: ver 5.0.4 (I have verified that php is working by running a test script which outputs the php version info.)
Add/connect.php: set up to point to the correct dB and correct user credentials have been configured, I have verified dB connectivity by testing an odbc connection to the dB.
Are there any additional scripts/ files that I need to install, Do you have any ideas ? Thanks.

I have not tested MySQL 5 at all, it is a beta. 4.0 is recommended version for now.
Check that in PHPinfo you see that MySQL support is installed and working in PHP. EE does not use odbc.

Thanks Pekka, I'll uninstall mysql 5.0 and install ver 4.0 , who knows, it might work.
