The second photo looks too "busy"
Scattered lights everywhere.
The first one I like and the third is an improvement over the second.

Thanks Nik, I also think second picture is too much. but first one is my favorite, still I like the third one too.

#1 is pretty cool! You should include the big poster(lower right) into the picture. Just MHO.;)
There are some beautiful stars in #2 and #3 but also some ugly lens flare, especially in #2.

I like #3 the best. The light trails caused by long exposure are awesome to me! I think the star filter is a little much tho imo.

Your first shot is the best. When i first started photography back in 1985 i must have bought all the fancy filters, used them and did'nt like them one bit, todays photography does'ntreally call for it these days, i would lik to see some shots from the bridge without the filters though.
