First time I've ever used a modifier.
60" shoot thru Umbrella 45 degrees to my right with AB800.
Thanks

FYI, that image does not have a sRGB profile.
The dog looks OK. I might warm up the image a touch.
I could do without the grass across the paw, & the sky is a bit distracting. How about this?

I love the dog, must be nice to have such an obedient subject. I do think the lighting is overdone maybe move your strobe back some or get it up higher.

Thanks guys,
For some reason I had it in my head to include blue sky. I like your version better Frank. These type of shots definitely require a lot more thought. I did have the umbrella pretty close and didn't see the ground funk until viewing on computer. It's a Police K9 so he will lay there all day if told:)
Frank how did you do the background?

Thanks for the example Frank. I duped the layer and burned the background and then merged.
I think the owner will be happy.
Of course he will, free is always a good price;)

Frank how did you do the background? I just cloned it. I also took some blue out of the dog & burned down the foreground grass.
