I may be behind the times here, so I apologize if this is common knowledge, I just found out about it yesterday. There are a ton of tutorials available for free from http://www.good-tutorials.com. They cover photo retouch, photo enhancement, text effect, backgrounds, textures, etc.. Check it out, good stuff!
