Hi everyone I've had my s20 for years now. It's my first and only digital camera (besides my video camera).

I also have the Canon changer and rechageable NB-5H battery for it.

But the battery dies so quickly these days. I get off about 3 shots with the LCD on and the flash and the battery icon starts blinking. I assume that part of the reason is becasue this is a Ni-MH type of battery.

Is there anyway i can get a Li-Ion battery for this camera? And if so where at?
Is so can I charge the Li-ion battery in my regular Canon charger or do i need a new charger? Where do I get that?

Sorry for all the questions. I've just like to buy a couple new batteries that last a while and don't have a memory effect if possible.

Probably just an old battery. A new NiMH for the S20 will give you the life you were used to when the current battery was young. NiMH doesn't have memory effect like NiCd, but any rechargable has a finite lifespan, including the lithium ones.
